About the Event
The Green Affair 2026
A Social and Community Impact Fundraiser to Support Wellness
Saturday, August 8, 2026 | 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Caddo Mapleshade, Plano, TX
Attire: Green!
Green is the color for Mental Health Awareness. It also symbolizes growth, prosperity, and wellness. We ask that you wear dressy casual or above.
The Mission: Here We Grow!
Since the first Green Affair in 2025, we have grown! You helped us meet our campaign goal to provide 500 sessions in 5 years. Our 2026 goal is to raise a total of $25,000, with at least $7500 raised at The Green Affair. These funds directly support our educational programming and community initiatives. Your support allows us to:
- Support Clients, Licensed Therapists, and Student Clinicians: Directly fund therapy sessions for our Therapy Kinnection program which also supports our licensed therapists and the student interns in our Lemon Tree Program.
- Build the Future: Expand our educational mission through a new CEU library, clinician network platform, and clinical seminars.
- Keep Us Connected: Maintain the operational overhead that allows our nonprofit to serve the DFW community year-round.
